By qualification, I am a PhD in Biotechnology and have completed my thesis in the area of pancreatic cancer. In my current role, I am responsible for heading and managing all research activities for Spine Service including ethics submission, patient recruitment, data management (RedCap) and lab co-ordination as per ICH-GCP standards. With my qualifications, I am trained to work in laboratory settings to process the acquired samples.
My people-centric nature, compassion and project management skills have been my assets throughout my career.
