Amy Bottomley
University of Technology Sydney, NSW, Australia

Amy is an Imaging Scientist in the Microbial Imaging Facility (MIF), an open-access core facility in the Faculty of Science at the University of Technology Sydney. This facility is well-established and facilitates cutting-edge biological and biomedical research applications for all researchers at UTS. In her role, Amy provides training and support to researchers with little to no prior microscopy experience to maximise their research outcomes. This includes providing hands-on training and ongoing expertise across advanced optical imaging platforms, advice on sample preparation, experimental design, image acquisition, and support with image data management and analysis.
