Ji Tu is a PhD candidate in SpineLabs at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Ji is a visiting scholar of Philipps-Universität Marburg, German, and a visiting scholar of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of AOSpine, NASS(North American Spine Society), and ORS(Orthopedics Research Society). He has also been awarded many awards and scholarships. Including Australian Government Scholarship; ISSLS young investigator award; DAAD scholarship from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research; Croucher Foundation scholarship(Hong Kong); Outstanding Graduate and Honor roll postgraduate student of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He served as the reviewer and editor for journals, including Bioactive Materials, Spine, European Spine Journal, Global Spine Journal, Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Aging-US, Scientific Report, Cell Proliferation, Bioscience Reports, Nutrition and Metabolic Insights,Composites Part B: Engineering, The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry
