Dr Joshua Zadro is a Physiotherapist and NHMRC-funded Postdoctoral Researcher. He completed his PhD in 2017 with a research focus on physical activity-based self-management strategies for people with chronic back pain. His current research focus is strategies to reduce low-value care for musculoskeletal conditions. In 6.5 years being research active, he has published 60 journal articles, made over 60 conference presentations across leading national and international conferences in his field, and secured over $1.1M in research funding. He continues to work as a physiotherapist and has taught in the discipline of physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
